GS5000 KIT GASKET REPAIR

GS5000 PHASE 1: Product formulated to prepare a correct cleaning process to be applied before the repairer. GS5000 PHASE 2: Product formulated to seal cracks in the engine block and metal joints. What does it do?

"Phase 1: Prepares and thoroughly cleans the cooling system by removing scale and sediment. Phase 2: Permanently seals cracks in the engine block, cylinder head, and metal gaskets through chemical welding under temperature and pressure."

When to use?

Restore the tightness of the cooling system permanently

Usage Instructions

PHASE 1:

1. With the engine at room temperature and without pressure, remove the cap from the expansion boat / radiator from the refrigeration circuit.

2. Add the product content.

3. Put the cap on the expansion boat / radiator.

4. Run engine until it reaches the service temperature.

5. Keep the engine idling for 10 minutes.

6. Turn off the engine and wait for the temperature and pressure of the circuit to decrease.

7. Vacuum the circuit and clear with abundant water to eliminate the last residues. PHASE 2:

1. IMPORTANT: USE PHASE 1 BEFORE PHASE

2. Refill the cooling circuit with water and GS5000 Phase 2, place the radiator cap. Start the engine, wait until engine reaches the normal operating temperature and increase to 1,500 rpm for 20-30 minutes.

3. Turn off the engine and wait for the temperature and circuit pressure to decrease.

4. Vacuum completely and wash the radiator with water.

5. Refill the circuit with the correct refrigerant level.
