What does it do?

When to use?
Remove, clean and remove all kinds of elements in Catalytic & FAP / DPF saturated. Restore the proper functioning and future vehicle regeneration processes. Specific vehicles that fail the normal process of regeneration to be saturated to a value greater than 99%. Avoiding costly replacement processes such devices
Usage Instructions
The KIT Catalytic & Particulate filter cleaner by Tratauto, should always be performed in two phases for optimal removal of obstructions and restore correct operation for an extended period of time all kinds of particle filters.
• They include two products: Cleaner Catalytic Particulate filters - 200ML and Regenerator Catalytic & Particulate filters - 200ML
• PHASE 1: CLEANER CATALYTIC & FAP / DPF:
1. NOTE: Engine environment and security conditions necessary temperature.
2. Remove / disengage the inlet temperature of the Catalytic & FAP / DPF or pressure sensor.
3. Add the package of gun tube, 200 ml Cleaner particulate filters.
4. Insert the cannula of the gun by the inlet of the sensor and pull the trigger until all the content can be distributed evenly within the FAP / DPF device.
5. Wait for 10-15 minutes, let the product, engine off.
• PHASE 2 REGENERATOR CATALYTIC & FAP / DPF:
6. Add the package of gun tube, 200 ml Regenerator particulate filters.
7. Apply the product by following the steps mentioned in paragraph 4 and 5
8. Attach again the temperature sensor / pressure, check connections, tighten...
9. Start the engine to reach operating temperature. (Area required ventilation conditions)
10. Perform a distance of 20 km, in a regime of 2500/3000 RPM until the warning FAP / DPF not appear in the box.

Warnings
- USE BEFORE V.I.T. TEST
- You may be required to clear the error diagnosis
- You may be required to achieve a forced regeneration to achieve optimal results
- We recommend repeating the operation in extremely saturated filters
- For a complete maintenance (corrective / preventive), we recommend adding a particulate filter cleaner, directly to the fuel tank.
