WHAT DOES IT DO?

It creates a resistant layer to reduce the friction between the gears (helical and flat) without leaving any type of solid residue. 

It does not alter the colour, density and volume of the oil.

 

WHEN SHOULD IT BE USED? FOR:

• Optimising performance between the internal elements in manual, automatic, generator, speed reducer and differential gearboxes
• Reducing noises and vibrations caused by wear
• Making it easier to select the gears, especially in worn synchronisers
• Re-establishing the correct performance of valves and other components in automatic gearboxes
• Repairing minor oil leaks.

 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

1. With the engine switched off, remove the gearbox oil filler cap 
2. Apply the contents of the product 
3. Replace the cap
4. If it applied to generators and differentials follow the same procedure.

• Must be performed by a professional expert      
• Requires dismantlement

During the treatment it is normal if the vehicle starts: Jerking / Automatic Gearboxes

RECOMMENDATIONS AND MAINTENANCE

Correct maintenance prevents expensive repairs. For this reason our Technical Department recommends:

 

Clean and service the whole gearbox:    

2 years     -   60,000 Km    

 

Add the product as a preventive measure:     

1 year     -   30,000 Km
