DESCRIPTION: Combination products with high concentration formulated in two phases to clean and remove all waste embedded in Catalytics & particle filters completely blocked.

 

WHAT DOES IT DO?: Both formulas with detergents and dispersants art, make cleaning, remove and clean carbon deposits, soot and other, causing extreme obstruction of particulate filters.

 

WHEN SHOULD IT BE USED? - FOR:  Remove, clean and remove all kinds of elements in Catalytics & FAP / DPF saturated. Restore the proper functioning and future vehicle regeneration processes. Specific vehicles that fail the normal process of regeneration to be saturated to a value greater than 99%. Avoiding costly replacement processes such devices

 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: The KIT Catalytic & Particulate filter cleaner -Tratauto, should always be performed in two phases for optimal removal of obstructions and restore correct operation for an extended period of time all kinds of particle filters. They include two products:

Cleaner Catalytic & Particulate filters - 1000ML 

Regenerator Catalytic & Particulate filters - 1000ML.

Optional: Gun with application cannula

 

PHASE 1. CLEANER CATALYTIC & FAP / DPF:

1. NOTE:  Engine environment and security conditions necessary temperature.
2. Remove / disengage the inlet temperature of the Catalytic & FAP / DPF or pressure sensor.
3. Add the package of gun tube, 200 ml Cleaner particulate filters.
4. Insert the cannula of the gun by the inlet of the sensor and pull the trigger until all the content can be distributed evenly within the FAP / DPF device.
5. Wait for 10-15 minutes, let the product, engine off.

PHASE 2. REGENERATOR CATALYTIC & FAP / DPF:

1. Add the package of gun tube, 200 ml Regenerator particulate filters.
2. Apply the product by following the steps mentioned in paragraph 4 and 5.
3. Attach again the temperature sensor / pressure, check connections, tighten ...
4. Start the engine to reach operating temperature. (Area required ventilation conditions).
5. Perform a distance of 20 km, in a regime of 2500/3000 RPM until the warning FAP / DPF not appear in the box.

 

Other details: You may be required to clear the error diagnosis. You may be required to achieve a forced regeneration to achieve optimal results. We recommend repeating the operation in extremely saturated filters. For a complete maintenance (corrective / preventive), we recommend adding a particulate filter cleaner, tourism presentation, 300ML, (Ref: PC-500), directly to the fuel tank.

 

WARNINGS FOR USE: Strictly adhere to security requirements, use of protective goggles and gloves.

 

RECOMENDACIONES  Y MANTENIMIENTO: Un buen mantenimiento evita costosas reparaciones,  por lo que nuestro Departamento Técnico recomienda:  

Clean and service the whole fuel circuit:    2 years     -   30,000 Km    

Add the product as a preventive measure:      1 year     -   15,000 Km
