GS5000 GASKET REPAIR PHASE 1-

DESCRIPTION: Before using GS5000 product, it is recommended that the radiator be thoroughly cleaned.  IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE TO OBTAIN OPTIMAL RESULTS.

 

GS5000 PHASE 2: 

DESCRIPTION: Product formulated to seal cracks in the engine block and metal joints. High engine temperatures with GS5000 PHASE2 will combine chemical welding and seal permanently. GS5000 PHASE2 is ideal for cast motors, aluminum and steel. Use preventively to eliminate engine rebuilt.

HOW TO USE

PHASE 1: 

1. With the engine at room temperature and without pressure, remove the cap from the expansion boat / radiator from the refrigeration circuit.
2. Add the product content.
3. Put the cap on the expansion boat / radiator.
4. Run engine until it reaches the service temperature.
5. Keep the engine idling for 10 minutes.
6. Turn off the engine and wait for the temperature and pressure of the circuit to decrease.
7. Vacuum the circuit and clear with abundant water to eliminate the last residues. 
8. Refill the cooling circuit with water and GS5000 to start phase 2, place the radiator cap.
9. Follow phase2 instructions. 

 

IMPORTANT: USE PHASE 1 BEFORE PHASE 2.

1. WE HAVE COMPLETE STEP BY STEP WITH PHASE 1, START THE ENGINE WAIT UNTIL engines reaches the normal operating temperature and increase to 1,500 rpm for 20-30 minutes (check the circuit temperature to avoid overheating).
2. Turn off the engine and wait for the temperature and circuit pressure to decrease
3. Vacuum completely and wash the radiator with water.
4. Refill the circuit with the correct refrigerant level.

 

RECOMMENDATIONS AND MAINTENANCE

Correct maintenance prevents expensive repairs. For this reason our Technical Department recommends:

 

Clean and service the whole cooling system:    

1 year     -   50,000 Km    

 

Add the product as a preventive measure:
